1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mission Nihongo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mission Nihongo provides Japanese language learning video content delivered through our website at missionnihongo.com. The Service includes access to anime episodes designed to teach Japanese language skills.

3. Accounts

To access purchased content, you must create an account using Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected plan. Prices are displayed in USD.

Available plans:

• Early Access Pass ($3.99 USD) - Full access to Season 1 episodes
• Supporter Pass ($9.99 USD) - Full access to Season 1 episodes

Both plans provide the same content access. The Supporter Pass is an optional way to support the creator.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable in principle. Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent access to the content. Please contact support@missionnihongo.com for assistance.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Mission Nihongo, including but not limited to videos, characters, artwork, text, and code, is owned by Mission Nihongo and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content without written permission.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for private, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the content
• Download, record, or capture video content using any means
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Nihongo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
